Shipping

Your order will be processed within 48 hours. We use NZ Post and post every working day. Our prices are based on standard NZ Post shipping rates with all parcels now being tracked.
Please be aware we are located in a small rural town so usually processing and posting will occur after freight/courier has left town for the day.
For freight within New Zealand our freight charges are:
Standard Post: $10
Rural Delivery: $15
10 skeins or less ONLY : $3 envelope Note – these orders are ONLY for stranded cotton skeins. Other items do not fit in envelopes. Orders with this freight option are always sent via the Post Office in an envelope
Orders over $50 within NZ: Free Freight
Please allow 3-7 working days for your goods to arrive. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by any postal service.
